Every unit is built in our own factory in Samaipur, New Delhi, and supplied across India and overseas.

Refrigerated Prep Tables & Makelines
Pizza, sandwich and salad prep counters with GN pan rails above and refrigerated storage below. Directed airflow holds every pan at a uniform temperature.

Cook & Hold Steamer
Boilerless, connectionless convection steamer for rice, biryani, idli, momos, vegetables and seafood. Fan-forced steam cooks evenly, and a water shield keeps the reservoir clean.

Total Fryer with Oil Filtration
Countertop electric fryer with built-in manual oil filtration and a digital countdown timer. Staff filter between batches, so oil lasts longer and fries and snacks stay consistent.

Sunrise Engineers has operated as Sunrise Kitchens since 1992. Fabrication, refrigeration and assembly all happen in our 100% owned manufacturing unit in Samaipur, New Delhi, where every unit is tested before dispatch. That control over the process is why national hospitality chains such as Wow! Momo and Barista run our equipment across their outlets.

Where is Sunrise Kitchens equipment manufactured?
Every product is designed and built in our own factory at Plot No. 25, Samaipur Industrial Area, Delhi 110042. A second production facility near Khekra, Uttar Pradesh is under development to add capacity.
Can equipment be customised to my kitchen layout?
Yes. Refrigerated prep tables, work tables, sinks, hoods and cooking ranges can be built to your dimensions, pan layout, door or drawer configuration and compressor position. Share your drawing or site measurements and we will propose a specification.
Does the Cook & Hold Steamer need a water connection?
No. It is a boilerless, connectionless convection steamer with a 20 litre reservoir, so it only needs a 4.2 kW, 3-phase supply. An optional 4-inch drain pan is available where there is no drain line.
How does the Total Fryer reduce oil costs?
The built-in manual filtration lets staff filter hot oil between batches, removing the food debris that breaks oil down. Regular filtration extends oil life, and kitchens can lower oil spend by up to 50% while keeping colour and taste consistent.
Do you supply outside Delhi and export?
Yes. We supply hotels, restaurant chains and institutional kitchens across India and accept export orders. Tell us the delivery location when you enquire and we will include freight in the quotation.
What warranty and spare parts support do you offer?
Refrigerated prep tables carry a 1-year comprehensive on-site national warranty. Because we manufacture locally, spares and parts for all Sunrise equipment are supplied from Delhi at honest prices.
